Emily Fraser Voigt
I have worked for 20+ years in coaching, journalism, and training. I thrive on having variety in my work, connecting with people, and making an impact.

I believe very strongly in the importance of knowing and living into our values. I pivoted into coaching after years as a journalist and editor to get closer to my values of personal growth and helping others. Freedom, curiosity and flexibility have always been clear values for me. Excellence is another, and I have always strived to deliver my best work whichever path I was on. Coaching gives me the chance to live all of these values at once.

A value-driven career makes work more meaningful and rewarding. I am excited to help you discover what your ideal path might look like based on your unique strengths, values and interests, and to support you to create your ideal future.

As a coach, I am committed to ongoing personal development, training and ethics in coaching. As such, I have an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. I am a certified Career and Excecutive Coach. And I have an MBA degree in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership (York St. John University).
